ATHLETICS |
Athletics prepares our young people for the challenges of adult life. Life is reflected in athletic endeavors and success is facilitated by:

- establishing and striving for high standards of conduct and attitude
Student athletes learn the value of team work and commitment. Excellence in athletics is the result of the hard work of many people over a long period of time. Redding High School tradition of excellence brings honor and respect to our student athletes, our schools and our community. As members of interscholastic teams, students are responsible for representing Redding High School schools and the entire community. Contributing to our athletic tradition will be a source of satisfaction to the students and to the schools.
